I should do one of those posts where people describe or write your bio for you. Then you would know that I am a member of the Ho-Chunk Nation, a Native American tribe out of Wisconsin. I am married to my college (UW-Madison) boyfriend, and we have two daughters – Morella (age 4) and her baby sister Athena aka Neeners (age 2), our retired greyhound Pluto (who died 2 years ago from pancreatic cancer) and three cats. We have since acquired a new dog, Falkor. He is a black lab with basset hound legs.

I am fortunate enough to currently be a SAHM and am just now starting to find my way back to myself after surviving the first years with kids 20 months apart.  I like to write, read, watch movies, explore, craft, visit, travel, etc.  I really like science fiction and fantasy, stories of life with young children (hey, we all like what we know) and … well some would say that is all I do right now. Maybe so. But lets see what happens. I have been blogging for over 10 years now and hope to see another 10.
