It was good. Very good….and good for you. I think I even used Lite kielbasa. Then I made a rice fruit cake. You take a rice cake, spread some neufchatl cheese on it, and little bit of fat free, light vanilla yogurt. Spread slices of kiwi on it, then a little more yogurt to make the sliced bananas that go on top of that stick.

DELICIOUS!

So was the cookie.
