I know what you mean. Dad would go in all the time and I would be in tears with worry. This last time I was absolutely shocked, since it was all over a bloody nose. Losing someone important both quick and slow, you would think I would have a clear idea of which way would be easier, but they both mind churning. I hope she is going to be okay and she will be home when you visit. See you monday by the way...lol hopefully I have the date right this time *eyeroll*

I love Indian city scenes! Thanks for posting.

Curious about the 2-day culture. We've thought Ruth had such issues in the past, uncomfortable bathroom times and even terrible hives, but it was just some dehydration -- which makes the urine extra concentrated. Like me, she's not an active fan of beverage drinking. Doesn't get thirsty easily.

I have an idea for you if you want to keep a few clothes for the girls. I remember my mom having kept a few for us girls because they were the right size for our dolls. I think it was 3 months. But I remember loving dressing my dolls in clothes I knew I had worn and I'm sure it saved my mom a lot of money cuz she didn't have to buy doll clothes (which are sometimes more expensive than baby clothes). I'm planning on doing the same for my girls. We got some really cute 3 month clothes that Vada didn't wear that often cuz she grew out of them in a month but I plan on putting them to good use after the kids are grown to use for a doll I found that is the perfect size.

I'm glad you guys had a good trip. I look forward to all the pictures. The only trip we have any thought of taking is to Germany. That is only because we avoid the fireworks for the 14th of July (which wake Vada up and probably the baby) by taking the hour train to Saarbrucken for the night. Anything more than that and I get a little scared thinking about it. :)

Hi
As a random thought today I thought of your old Tceku site and thought I'd see if it still existed. It linked through to one of the people who used to post on that site and I recognised your name as a link. You might not remember me, I think we lost touch whilst you were pregnant with your first little girl. I will be spending some time soon catching up on what you've done (but not now as its nearly 1am!).

I'm having fun reading these updates! I can't wait to see more pictures. I think we should do an old-timey get together where we drink and look at vacation pictures together when you return.

Great entry! Oh man, home-delivered Indian food three times a day...that sounds like a great trip right there. I hope you get some relatively peaceful shopping done, and that the Old World India place is a fascinating sight.

Good photo bomb! Look at you, really in India, for reals. :-) What's good to eat at the Chariot Resort restaurant? What are you all eating in general?

the first thing I thought when I saw the picture with your mouth like an "O" was, "OOOOOOOOOOk! La-ho-ma! Where the wind goes sweeping down the plain!" Yep. That's what I thought.
